WGANJ is offering our members a “Gearing Up Your Golf Fitness” program through Core Golf Performance Lab.  Let the professionals at Core Golf Performance give you specific exercises that will improve your game and help to prevent injury on and off the course without spending hours at the gym.  This is also an excellent program for those that are returning to the game after rehabilitating from injury or surgery such as rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacement, back surgeries and many more.
