WGANJ Refund Policy

General Policy:

Refunds are based on the ability of WGANJ to recover the funds from a golf course or venue. Refunds will be issued in full if a league, event or trip is cancelled by WGANJ.  If a member is experiencing extenuating circumstances and would like to request a special review, please contact the WGANJ Board of Directors by emailing WGANJinfo@gmail.com.

Leagues:

If a commitment or payment has been made to the golf course/venue,  refunds will not be available.

Members may opt to either sell their league membership to another member for the balance of the season or to secure weekly substitute.  If acquiring a substitute or selling the balance of your league, payment should be exchanged between members.  Captains are not responsible for the  transfer of money.  Refunds may be issued for cancellations 21 days prior to the league start date.

Events/Trips:

If a commitment or payment has been made to the golf course/venue,  refunds will not be available.  Refunds may be issued for cancellation 21 days prior to the event.
